Information we collect
When you contact TrueBuilt, we collect the contact and project information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, property location, project type, desired timing, and message. The website may also collect standard technical logs needed for security and reliable operation.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to your remodeling request, schedule a walkthrough, prepare a project plan, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and operate this website. Contacting TrueBuilt does not sign you up for promotional or recurring marketing messages.
Text messaging (SMS)
The estimate widget on this website is the online SMS opt-in path for TrueBuilt Remodeling LLC. If you provide your phone number and opt in through that estimate widget, you agree to receive non-marketing SMS text messages from TrueBuilt Remodeling LLC at the phone number you provide, about your inquiry, walkthrough scheduling, estimate, and project updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Text-message consent is optional, not a condition of any purchase or service, and we do not send promotional or recurring marketing texts. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, shared, rented, disclosed, or otherwise transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Storage and service providers
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Estimate-request information may be stored in protected website infrastructure or CRM tools and generate a notification to the business. Service providers may process data only as needed to provide hosting, security, email, communications, and related business operations.
Analytics, advertising measurement, and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking, all provided by Google LLC. These tools set cookies and use similar identifiers to measure how visitors reach and use the site (for example, pages viewed, phone-number clicks, and estimate requests) and to measure the results of our online advertising. Google may process this data on its servers and may use it to improve its own services as described in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services. These measurement tools do not receive your phone number or your text-message opt-in consent from the estimate widget. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, manage advertising personalization through Google Ads Settings, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without these cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with qualified trade partners when necessary to evaluate or perform a project, with your knowledge or as reasonably required for the requested work. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, property, or the website. This sharing excludes your mobile phone number and text-message opt-in consent, which are not shared, sold, rented, disclosed, or otherwise transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention and choices
