Texts we send
TrueBuilt Remodeling sends text messages about your estimate, scheduling and project updates. These are customer-care messages about your own request or project, such as follow-up questions about your estimate request, walkthrough scheduling, and project status. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
How you opt in
Each estimate request form on this website includes an optional SMS consent box that is never pre-checked. You opt in only by checking that box and submitting the form with your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request an estimate without checking the box.
Message frequency and cost
Msg frequency varies based on your request and project. Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold or rented. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you submit.
